1. USER INFORMATION
Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
BEATRIZ JIMÉNEZ GÓMEZ is the DATA CONTROLLER responsible for processing the USER's personal data and informs the USER that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data and for what purposes?
Depending on the form through which we obtained your personal data, we will process it confidentially for the following purposes:
- To respond to enquiries or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact methods made available on the Data Controller's website. (based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
- To carry out statistical analyses and market research. (based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
How long will we retain your personal data?
The data will be retained for no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing or for as long as legal provisions require its retention. When it is no longer necessary, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymisation of the data or its complete destruction.
Who do we disclose your personal data to?
No disclosure of personal data to third parties is envisaged, except where necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has entered into the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The USER has the following rights:
- The right to withdraw consent at any time.
- The right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of their data, and the right to restrict or object to its processing.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the DATA CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and in particular with the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR, under which personal data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with the appropriate information so that they may exercise those rights.

SOCIAL MEDIA PRIVACY POLICY
1. USER INFORMATION
Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
BEATRIZ JIMÉNEZ GÓMEZ, hereinafter the DATA CONTROLLER, informs the USER that she has created profiles on the social networks LinkedIn, Instagram and Google+, that she is responsible for processing the USER's personal data carried out on those social networks, and that such data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD). Accordingly, the following information regarding the processing is provided:
Why do we process your personal data?
Purpose of the processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and the DATA CONTROLLER, which may include the following activities:
- Handling requests and enquiries submitted to the Data Controller.
- Providing information about activities and events organised by the Data Controller.
- Providing information about products and services offered by the Data Controller.
- Interacting through official profiles.
On what grounds may we process your personal data?
Legal basis for the processing: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the DATA CONTROLLER's social network, thereby showing an interest in the information published there. Therefore, when requesting to follow our official profiles, the USER gives consent to the processing of the personal data published on their profile.
The USER may access the privacy policies of the social network itself at any time and configure their profile to safeguard their privacy.
The DATA CONTROLLER has access to and processes the USER's public information, particularly their contact name. This data is used only within the social network itself and will only be incorporated into a file of the DATA CONTROLLER where necessary to process the USER's request.
How long will we retain your personal data?
Data retention criteria: the data will be retained for as long as the USER does not withdraw the consent given, as indicated in this privacy policy.
Who do we disclose your personal data to?
Data disclosure: the information provided by the USER through the DATA CONTROLLER's social networks, including their personal data, may be published depending on the services used by the USER and may therefore become publicly available to other third-party users of the social networks. From the profile settings of each social network, the USER can configure what information they wish to make public in each case, view the permissions granted, and remove or disable them, as with any third-party application they no longer wish to use.
No disclosure of personal data to third parties outside the social network is envisaged, except where essential for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has entered into the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
Rights of the USER: these rights may only be exercised in relation to information that is under the control of the DATA CONTROLLER.

2. USE OF THE PROFILE
The DATA CONTROLLER will carry out the following activities:
- Accessing public profile information.
- Publishing on the USER's profile any information already published on the DATA CONTROLLER's social network.
- Sending personal and individual messages through the social network's channels.
- Page status updates that will be published on the USER's profile.
The USER can always control their connections, remove content that is no longer of interest and restrict with whom they share their connections; to do so, they must access their privacy settings.
3. PUBLICATIONS
Once the USER becomes a follower of or joins the DATA CONTROLLER's social network, they may post comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by it. In all cases, the USER must own the published content, hold the corresponding copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.
Any publication on the social network, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that violates or could violate morality, ethics, good taste or decency, and/or infringes, violates or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or the law, is expressly prohibited.
In such cases, the DATA CONTROLLER reserves the right to remove the content immediately without prior notice and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.
The DATA CONTROLLER shall not be responsible for content freely published by the USER.
The USER should bear in mind that their publications will be visible to other users, and therefore the USER is primarily responsible for their own privacy.
Images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the DATA CONTROLLER, although they will remain on the social network.
4. DATA RELATING TO MINORS OR PERSONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Access to and registration through the DATA CONTROLLER's social networks is prohibited for children under 14 years of age. If the USER has special needs, the involvement of the person holding parental authority or guardianship, or of their legal representative, will be required by means of a valid document proving such representation.
The DATA CONTROLLER shall be expressly released from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or persons with special needs. The DATA CONTROLLER's social networks do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors; therefore, if the USER is a minor, they must not register with or use the DATA CONTROLLER's social networks, nor provide any personal information.
