I have always been fascinated by the human mind and how we relate to one another and to our environment. My mission is to provide a scientific, empathetic, and personalized treatment to help you regain emotional balance and improve your quality of life.
Over more than 25 years of experience, I’ve guided patients through transformational processes by combining Clinical Psychiatry, Systemic Psychotherapy, and Forensic Psychiatry.
My approach goes beyond diagnosis: I believe in genuine support that helps you overcome obstacles, strengthen your relationships, and reclaim your well-being.
I currently practice at HM Nou Delfos Hospital and in my private clinic in Barcelona (Vía Augusta 298, ground floor 2). Additionally, I teach in the Master’s program in Legal, Forensic, and Criminological Psychopathology at the International University of Catalonia (UIC), training the next generation of professionals in psychiatry and mental health.

No two clinical histories are the same, which is why every treatment requires an individualized, rigorous approach adapted to each patient’s circumstances.
For this reason, I base my practice on four fundamental pillars:
CLINICAL PSYCHIATRY
Medical diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders. Through clinical psychiatry, I address conditions such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, psychotic disorders and other problems that require a medical approach. Medication is always integrated into an individualized treatment plan based on the latest scientific evidence.
FAMILY AND COUPLES PSYCHOTHERAPY
I provide a therapeutic space to work on family and couple relationships, helping to manage conflict, improve communication and strengthen emotional bonds. Systemic therapy makes it possible to address relationship dynamics and promote lasting improvements in emotional well-being.
FORENSIC PSYCHIATRY
I carry out psychiatric expert assessments within the judicial system, including criminal, civil, family and employment-related proceedings. My experience in forensic psychiatry enables me to assess mental capacity, psychological harm, criminal responsibility and other relevant aspects of legal proceedings.
TEACHING AND TRAINING
Committed to the training of new professionals, I teach on the Master’s Degree in Legal, Forensic and Criminological Psychopathology at UIC and participate as a speaker at national and international conferences. Continuous professional development is one of the key pillars of my clinical practice.
